Lawrence C. Glass Jr. is born on December 25th — a gift to the world on the day the world celebrates its greatest Gift.
Accepted Christ
At the age of 20, young Lawrence accepts Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, beginning a lifelong walk of faith.
Ordained to Ministry
On June 29, 1980, Lawrence Glass is ordained to the ministry, answering God's call to preach the Gospel and serve His people.
William Tyndale Bible College
Begins his theological studies at William Tyndale Bible College, deepening his understanding of Scripture over the next 8 years.
Called to El Bethel
On June 15, 1990, Pastor Glass is called to the pastorate at El Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Two days later, he preaches his first sermon on Father's Day to a congregation of approximately 65 members.
Completed Bible College
Completes his studies at William Tyndale Bible College, equipped with deep theological knowledge for the work ahead.
A Decade of Growth
Under Pastor Glass's anointed leadership, El Bethel grows dramatically. New ministries are established, lives are transformed, and the church becomes a beacon of hope in Redford, Michigan.
Doctorate of Divinity
Receives his Doctorate of Divinity from New Covenant University, a crowning academic achievement recognizing his theological excellence.

70th Birthday Celebration
